TIGER “10 Ka Dum 4” Scheme (Chandi Ki Aandhi)

Terms & Conditions

  1. “TIGER 10 Ka Dum 4” SCHEME is operative from 15th of May 2026 (00:00 A.M.) till 30th September 2026 (MID NIGHT).
  2. The scheme date may be extended or changed as per the discretion of Black Tiger Cement.
  3. The Scheme is applicable for the entire Northeastern Region (Except Mizoram) - Namely Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland and Tripura. The scheme may not be applicable for any specific Dealer and Retailer of Black Tiger on the choice of any Dealer or Retailer as per the discretion of Black Tiger Cement.
  4. The Scheme is applicable to Black Tiger PPC Cement only. To be eligible, the end customers will have to buy a minimum of 1 bag of Black Tiger Cement within the aforesaid period. There is no limit for the purchase of bags.
  5. Customer can claim the winning prize within the Time period from any authorized dealer or Retailer.
  6. Any end Customer who purchases Black Tiger Cement will get a chance to win higher value Bumper Prize coupons. Within the scheme period, it will be awarded to the lucky Coupon winner as per the terms and conditions given in the coupon. End Consumer / Mason must give a missed call to the prescribed What’s App no. mentioned in the coupon and his/her prize will be processed within stipulated time.
  7. Bumper Gifts will be disbursed between 15th May 2026 and 31st October 2026.
  8. If you are an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and 18 years or above age at the time of entry and operate from aforesaid locations, you are eligible to participate in the Scheme.
  9. Black Tiger Cement officials, employees, workmen, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and any affiliates, advisors, advertising/ promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate in the Scheme.
  10. In the event, that the winner does not take the Prize within the stipulated time, then the Prizes will be deemed to be forfeited. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused prizes are not-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be clubbed and exchanged for cash or kind.
  11. Once prizes are delivered to the end customers, no subsequent claim/demand from any other person will be entertained. Company’s responsibility will be extinguished upon delivery of the prize.
  12. Any applicable taxes or other government levies etc., if applicable shall be borne by the winner.
  13. All coupons are Bar Coded. The customer/mason should ensure that the Barcode is protected. In the event, the Barcode is not scannable, the company will not have any liability whatsoever.
  14. The Prizes will be provided on an “as-is basis” and without any express or implied warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability, or comfort.
  15. By participating in the Scheme, the end customers ensure to accept these terms and conditions of the scheme.
  16. Gift Redemption request received after the scheme period is over shall not be considered and will be rejected.
  17. Gift Redemption request received is further subject to checking and verifications by Black TIGER Cement or by any agency appointed by Black TIGER Cement.
  18. The Scheme is operated by Black Tiger Cement, and it reserves the right to cancel or debar any One from participating in the scheme at its sole discretion.
  19. Black Tiger Cement reserves the right to change/modify the terms and conditions of this Scheme or to withdraw this Scheme and/or any of its prizes/benefits at any point of time without any notice to that effect.
  20. Black Tiger Cement shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations and may cancel all or any part of the Scheme without any liability to any person whatsoever.
  21. Black Tiger Cement shall also not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it must discontinue or cancelled the Scheme in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government any other Statutory Authority or for any other unavoidable force majeure reason beyond its control. The end customers shall be informed of such discontinuance/ cancellation at the earliest by publishing the same on the website of the Company.
  22. Black Tiger Cement will not be responsible in case any of the terms of the Scheme are misunderstood or misconstrued by the end customer.
  23. None of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between end customers and Black Tiger Cement. The end customers shall have no authority to bind Black Tiger Cement in any manner whatsoever.
  24. Black Tiger Cement shall not be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the scheme.
  25. Black Tiger Cement shall not be liable if the winners are not able to collect the gift attributed to them for failure of the end customers for any reason.
  26. Black Tiger Cement shall be free to reproduce, use, display, disclose and distribute the information to third parties or through any media in future without limitation for the purpose of marketing and no other permission of any manner shall be required from the end customers in this regard.
  27. In case of disputes related to scheme or its terms & conditions, between consumers/Masons, the decision of Black Tiger Cement will be Final and binding on the Consumer / Mason.
  28. Any disputes arising out of this scheme shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Guwahati Court only.
